Small Event Venue in Chicago
We are a small event space located in the Armour Square area at 220 W. 33rd St in Chicago, between the Bridgeport and Bronzeville neighborhoods. We are one block west of the 90/94, two blocks north of Rate Field (home of the White Sox), and 10 minutes from McCormick Place and downtown.
Our space can be used for a variety of events, including baby showers, birthday parties, meetings, photoshoots, fundraisers, rehearsal dinners.

Included in each rental are 6-foot tables, chairs, tablecloths, garbage can and garbage bags, along with the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs and final sweep & mop of space. Client is only responsible for setting up and cleaning up of any decorations, food or beverages they bring in.

OUTSIDE ALCHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED; Any violation of this policy will constitute a breach of contract and will result in the termination
of the event without a refund, as well as the requirement to vacate the premise and forfeit of the security deposit.
CASH BAR (attendees pay)
Bartender Rates: $25/hr (beer/wine) | $35/hr (beer/wine/mixed drinks/cocktails)
Menu: will consist of soda and up to 4 beers, 3 wines and 2 cocktails/mixed drinks; option to include full coffee bar & smoothies
OPEN BAR – CONSUMPTION-BASED (client pays final tab w/option to have a cap)
Bartender Rates: $25/hr (beer/wine) | $35/hr (beer/wine/mixed drinks/cocktails)
Menu: will consist of soda and up to 4 beers, 3 wines and 2 cocktails/mixed drinks; option to include full coffee bar & smoothies
OPEN BAR – FLAT RATE (client pays per person; based on 2.5 hours of service)

Non-Alcohol
Outside non-alcoholic beverages are allowed ($50 cleanup fee)
